Clinical Study: As skin ages it becomes stressed and loses it’s initial energy levels as well as a slows down in essential energy processes. Thus pre-mature skin aging in turn leading to wrinkles as well as skin becoming more brittle and losing it’s radiance. Dry skin also becomes a concern with aging and weather conditions also play a detrimental role causing skin to become dehydrated. 20 panels consisting of all females ranging from age 18 to 65. After 28 days 70% of panel had greatly increased the skin cell turnover. 67% of the panel judged their skin as more radiant while 70% judged their skin complexion fresher in appearance. We also measured skin cell turn over by using DHA to stain the skin and measuring the difference compared to a placebo by utilizing a Chromameter. 6-panel test for 14 days was measured using a Moisture Accumulation Test (MAT). Test panel were all females from age 18 to 65 under different relative humidity’s at 37°C. After just 14 days of treatment of HMR to the skin we observed a 36% skin hydration improvement.
