Clinical Study: 45 panel consisting of all females ranging from age 18 to 65 . The study lasted for 28 days. Using the Primos technique to measure provided both qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the height profiles of the wrinkles. Also measured was the average roughness, max difference between highest peak and deepest furrow and the decrease of the wrinkle’s depth. Erase yielded 21 % smoothing effect and a 20% anti-wrinkle effect as compared to the placebo at 4% and 2% respectively.
Conclusion: Mimic wrinkles are part of visible face wrinkles. As time passes these wrinkles get deeper and deeper in frown lines, laughter lines and crows feet due to the repeated movements of facial muscles. Erase was able to reduce forehead wrinkles by up to 52%. Additional measurements were made on crow’s feet confirming the smoothing and anti-wrinkle effect of Erase on this face area as well.
